UK Delivery Charges
UK 1 to 3 days – £3.99 per order
Our delivery service for all UK orders is via Royal Mail Special Delivery and costs £3.99 per order.
Orders over £50 are free.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery must be ordered by 3pm to get your order by the next day. If orders are made after 3pm on Friday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday onwards.
Orders over a Bank Holiday weekend will arrive Wednesday onwards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please ensure the delivery address is correct as it is not possible to alter this once submitted. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect address input, as they are sent straight to Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition sold. We cannot cover the cost of postage returned to us; this must be paid by the customer.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags/labels intact.
Please post/drop back to our address, with a returns form filled in. Please ensure there is a note with your name, order no and items to return with reasons.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return all items must:
- Be unwashed.
- Have all labels attached.
- Be unused/ not worn.
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
- Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
- Be deemed fit for resale.
Should this not be the case unfortunately your item will be returned kindly back to you and no refund will be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your retuned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with and how long we retain your data
No credit or debit card details are stored on our website. All such payments are dealt with by our secure partner(s) to whom we redirect your order prior to you entering any secure data.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
